Did you know that according to science and also the Bible humans have the potential to live 120-150 years? That should be our normal
life span.
In fact, even fairly recently there have been pockets of people in the world who did live to be that age. They were vibrant and
active even after they passed the "century mark".
Yet, in this country most people are lucky to make it to half those numbers and even then are usually plagued with a multitude of
health problems.
Ultimately, our lack of life and health can pretty much be blamed on the poor choices we make.
The good news is that you can step up and take action to change this.
Improved choices in exercise, rest, nutrition, clean water, clean air, and thinking are all things we can do for ourselves for the
most part.
In my experience, the most important thing you can do to help maximize normal bnody function is having your spine checked for
vertebral subluxations regularly by a chiropractor. When you are subluxated all the positive things you do for your health are not as effective, and all the things that harm your health can do more
damage.
When your spine is adjusted and free of nerve interference your health and life potentials are increased. When you add this to other good health choices you increase your chances of living longer and better.
