Maintenance - Problem - Crisis:
At a recent family gathering, a relative from out of town was discussing how everyone she knew had problems with their spine and wanted my thoughts on the issue.
Without getting into too much detail, I just explained the concept that if something requires maintenance (like the spine) and is neglected it will always develop a problem (subluxation).
Problems are almost always initially silent, but they always cause disharmony in health and the way the body functions.
When enough damage from the problem hits a threshold, a crisis stage occurs (symptoms). Symptoms are usually in the crisis stage.
The key fundamental to understand is that you need to maintain your spinal alignment to help prevent problems (subluxations) and crisis (symptoms).
